EXCHANGES OR RETURNS:
If the merchandise is found to be defective on the day of arrival, you can exchange it within a maximum of 14 days from its delivery (excluding personalized orders).
If the package is clearly damaged or dented, you can exchange it within a maximum of 14 days from its delivery.
For exchanges or returns, Los Vasos de Agua Clara does not cover shipping costs.

Send us an email at returns@losvasosdeaguaclara.com with your order details and the exchange or return request. We will respond by providing you with the shipping information for the exchange or return if it is within the deadline.

You must send us the package as fragile and insured merchandise within 3 days. (We are not responsible for items if they arrive broken).

Once we receive the item and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will proceed with the exchange or return within 5 working days.
