Shipping Policy
SHIPPING CONDITIONS:
All our packages are sent as fragile goods. If the package arrives with any damage, please email us at return@losvasosdeaguaclara.com on the same day of delivery to address the issue. Keep the package as you received it. Any communication not sent to this email address may be considered invalid.
If your package is a gift, ensure that the recipients are at home during the expected delivery period to handle potential issues like breakage, or make sure someone can open the package on their behalf and confirm that everything arrived in good condition. For wedding gifts, ensure the couple is not traveling or provide an alternative delivery address where the package’s condition can be verified.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the package. The exact cost will be calculated during checkout.
We are not responsible for shipping costs resulting from incorrect delivery information. In such cases, the customer will need to cover the cost of a second shipment. If packages are returned to our workshop, we will not cover the cost of reshipping.
