RETURN POLICY

 

We offer a 14 day return/exchange policy in bracelets, rings and necklaces,

which means that you have the ability to send the product(s) you purchased

back to us within 14 consecutive days - starting from the day in which you

received your order. You will be given a full refund of the product(s) if in the

same condition as when you received them*.

*Subject to the following conditions:

 

- The product(s) must be returned in their entirety

- The product(s) must not be damaged

 

Due to safety and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges or

returns on any earrings.

 

Send an email to hello@brunabongani.com specifying RETURN in the subject.

Once the return has been approved. We will refund you using the same payment

method you selected when you made your purchase, within 30 days from

receiving the package. We will let you know as soon as we have made a full

refund.

 

Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse under the responsibility and

cost of the customer.

Defective Items:

 

If you believe the product(s) that you received are defective, please contact

us here. Once we have reviewed your claim, we will proceed with the

exchange of the defected item for a new piece. In the event that the item is no

longer available, we will process the refund for the entire order within two

business days.

 

Note: Kindly reach out to us in the event that your product has broken or been

damaged, so that we can look into a possible solution for you. If your product

has been manipulated or repaired, we will unfortunately be unable to proceed

with any solution.

 

We recommend that you include the below details when you e-mail us:

• Your order number

• A description of the defect

• Photo(s) showing the defect

 

Others:

 

In the event that you receive an item which you did not order, please contact

us as at hello@brunabongani.com to arrange for a return and/or exchange. In

this case Bruna Bongani will bear the costs of both shipping and return.

If the shipping courier is unable to deliver your order successfully, we will

proceed to refund the purchase price to the same payment method used, once

 

the order has been returned to our warehouse. We will be unable to return the

package to you, therefore you will need to process a new order.
